What You Will Do:

1. Quotation & Negotiation:
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation during the bidding stage, including proposals and presentation materials that highlight the strengths and value of our services
  • Collect and organize cost inquiries from subcontractors and third-party vendors
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients, taking into account the specific requirements of each project
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing with clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of our services and their benefits

2. Project Support:
  • Actively support project execution to ensure client requirements are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects
  • Sales Strategy & Marketing (Primarily for Rail Transportation):
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans and strategies to increase sales within the existing client base
  • Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities in the current market landscape

3. Client Relationship Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Deliver excellent customer service and serve as a reliable point of contact for service-related matters

4. Continuous Improvement:
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales processes, documentation, and client engagement strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to enhance sales effectiveness

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or engineering
  • Strong English communication skills is a plus
  • Background in control systems or HVAC engineering is preferred
