Sales Excellence - Data Analyst II

Reporting to the SI S&OP Head of Sales Excellence, this position will be responsible for data and analytics initiatives to provide the sales teams and management with reporting, dashboards and insights needed to support growth and sales productivity. Utilizes Salesforce, Snowflake and Tableau to create dashboards and reports.

We are looking for a Sales Excellence - Data Analyst II. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners, GA. 

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Aid in creating, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, Knime/DAAI and other BI tools for sales teams.
  • Extract and manipulate data from many different sources and produce meaningful and actionable reporting as defined by sales management.
  • Participate throughout the development cycle of projects, identifying requirements, working with IT partners, testing, validating, and deploying analytical solutions, including visualizations, predictive models, and algorithms.
  • Support ad hoc analyses, reporting, and presentations
  • Handle monthly reporting tasks for the sales organizations and management
  • Support sales teams in set up of default sales credit across SAP systems
  • Identify and lead in data cleansing projects
  • Oversee data quality in Salesforce as it relates to accounts, contacts, and opportunities to ensure the integrity of reporting and analysis
  • Provide recommendations to standardize, enhance, and simplify database, reports, and analysis.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills with understanding of data mining techniques across platforms.
  • 2+ years experience developing reports and dashboards using industry standard tools (i.e. Excel, Salesforce, Tableau and other BI tools).
  • Thrives in a rapidly evolving environment and quickly grasp new concepts by demonstrating and applying knowledge of these tasks timely and accurately.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on company goals, impact and urgency.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of BS degree in Marketing/Sales or Data/Analytics

    • SAP (9462 and 5620)

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
