  • You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
  • You have experience in change, and in transformational situations.

Location and Duration

  • Exceptional analytical and technical capability: Strong financial acumen, comfort with SaaS metrics (ARR, cost structures, forecasting), and proficiency with digital tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, automation, or AI‑driven analytics.
  • Proactive problem‑solver with a change mindset: Demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to challenge existing processes while proposing innovative, data‑informed improvements.
  • Strong collaborator and emerging leader: Communicates effectively across Product, Technology, Revenue, Marketing, and Finance teams, takes ownership of work, and shows clear potential for leadership—aligned with the expectations of the Siemens Finance Excellence Program.
