Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll create scalable systems and serve as a critical link between strategy and implementation. You’ll manage systems and data flows, support campaign execution, and track performance across our marketing tech stack. If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are passionate about operational excellence and revenue impact, we want to meet you.

What you will do

Marketing Technology Management
• Lead the hands-on management of key marketing platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, analytics tools), ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues.
• Implement and optimize automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and support new technology integrations.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal data security standards.

Data Management & Quality Assurance
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics systems.
• Oversee data hygiene, segmentation, and documentation to support targeted campaigns and reporting.

Process Development & Optimization
• Develop and document standardized processes and workflows for marketing operations.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, supporting complex projects with clear timelines and success metrics.

Campaign Operations & Execution
• Design and manage end-to-end campaign workflows across channels (email, events, content syndication) in partnership with demand generation and brand teams.
• Oversee lead management, campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking, including A/B testing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with demand generation, regional, and brand teams to execute campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize lead handoff and follow-up.
• Work with IT and analytics teams on system integrations, data flow, attribution modeling, and advanced measurement.

What you need
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Advanced proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, attribution, and lead routing.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance.
• Familiarity with ABM and sales enablement tools.

What makes you a Standout
• Certifications in relevant marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• A self-starter mindset—demonstrated initiative, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for optimizing processes.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and sales enablement tools.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and measurable revenue impact.
• Ability to innovate and implement scalable solutions that improve marketing effectiveness.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with MarTech trends.
