Your mission will be… 
  • Planning service costs and pricing, preparing budget and resource plans, creating cost calculations for offers, planning and managing a continuous forecast and controlling time bookings;
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, driving productivity for team & department and supporting continuous process improvements;
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers ensuring transparency on current service status, maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction as well as managing escalations successfully;
  • Managing contracts and SLAs, keeping service documentation up‑to‑date and ensuring compliance with Siemens policies and guidelines;
  • Providing service, internal status and escalation reporting when required;
  • Task allocation and coordination, workforce planning and utilization (in collaboration with management where applicable), maintaining the service portfolio, designing and further developing services in line with the GBS H2R DPS strategy.

We are looking for someone with…
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, IT, or relevant professional experience;
  • Several years of hands-on experience in IT Service Management and solution design;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a plus;
  • Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, along with experience in capturing and managing customer requirements using Jira;
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and/or Power BI;
  • A structured and independent working style, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment;
  • Proven ability to think analytically, solve problems effectively and manage priorities efficiently;
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and continuously learn new methods and technologies.
