Topic: Next Gen Ops Intelligence: AI & Automation Internship for SaaS Reliability

What you’ll be doing

Work directly with sophisticated tools, operational data, and knowledge engineering to help build our “AI-driven SRE assistant”—an intelligent ecosystem that detects issues, learns from real incidents, and powers fast, reliable support.
Why This Internship is Unique ?
  • Real-World Impact: Build and deploy tools used daily by Ops/SRE teams to improve SaaS reliability.
  • Modern Exposure: AIOps, LLM prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, self-healing automation, and cloud-native workflows.
  • Portfolio Power: Deliver production prototypes, dashboards, and smart chatbots you can showcase anywhere.
  • Ops Intelligence & Knowledge Engineering
    • Shadow SRE and Ops professionals to understand real-life workflows and incident patterns.
    • Analyze and organize our runbooks and playbooks, modernizing them into dynamic, easy-to-search formats.
    • Use NLP techniques to extract, enrich, and automate operational knowledge from chats, tickets, and logs.
  • AI-Powered Automation & Anomaly Detection
    • Build and train models to detect anomalies and predict incidents using live operational and support data.
    • Integrate machine learning into dashboards for proactive alerting and trend analysis.
    • Explore brand-new methods (LSTM, Isolation Forest, Prophet, etc.) for keeping systems healthy and reliable.
  • Conversational AI & Smart Chatbots
    • Create and deploy a chatbot that becomes a teammate for our Ops and support staff.
    • Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and integrate the latest LLMs (OpenAI, Llama2, etc.) to provide instant answers, solving steps, and runbook guidance.
    • Develop feedback mechanisms so the chatbot learns and improves continuously.
  • Intelligent Automation & Root Cause Analysis
    • Prototype scripts or workflows that automate frequent fixes or bring up incidents programmatically - embarking on the path to “self-healing systems.”
    • Build models to predict root causes based on historical data and incident relationships.
    • Visualize operational knowledge through graphs and interactive dashboards.

This 6-month internship is based in Lyon (69), France and is available from March 2026.

All about you!

You are pursuing higher education in engineering (BAC+5 or equivalent) with a focus on Data science and Machine learning (ML), in France.

  • You show strength in Python and Golang, which will be used as solution languages.
  • You understand the concepts in Cloud, DevOps & Micro-services.
  • Your interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English enable effective collaboration within the team.
  • You can work autonomously as well as collaboratively with mentors.
