Internal Job Title: Team lead for Electronics and Electrical Maintenance 

Internal Job Description: 

Graduate in BE Electronics/Electrical with PWD license.

To maintain the Plant's Machines & Automats to support manufacturing of WSGR
products. To supervise individually, Breakdown, Corrective, Preventive maintenance which are primarily electrical in nature. To plan execute retrofitting & overhauling activities. To support external vendors.in maintaining Siemens assets with them. 

He/she should have experience of supervising a team of ten white- and blue-collar workers when working in shifts. 

Working in shifts. 6:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 24.00 .
He/she will be in charge for third shift duty/planned projects. 24.00 to 6:00.

He/she should be flexible for national and international travel to vendors for machine acceptance from 1day to 1 week.

Experience:10 to 15 years with Sound knowledge of Electronics/Electrical engineering in general machine tools, Special Purpose machines, Injection Molding, Hydraulic press, Servo Presses, High Speed Stamping Presses, & CNC Centers, Electro-Hydraulic, Pneumatics systems. 

Age: 30 to 35 years.

The Candidate should also have knowledge of latest technologies and Automation like Electro-Mechanical Linear drive, Servo presses, Pneu-Hydraulic presses, CAB Lazer marking & Honeywell label Printers, Ink-jet printers, AC & DC Servo Drives.
Repair of Power sources and medium frequency welders at component level, calibration of coil winding tensioners. Repair of Laser marking machines. Service of Vision system. 
Upkeep of Electrical panels. Service of Water chillers, HVAC AHU & ODU.
Service of Vertical Carousel and Jib & EOT cranes.


Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC platforms (e.g., S7-1200, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1500).
• Experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting using TIA Portal / Step 7.
• Ability to design, modify, and optimize PLC logic (Ladder, FBD, STL, SCL).
• Hands-on experience with Siemens HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC, WinCC Flexible).
• Proficiency in Siemens VFDs and Servo Drives (e.g., Sinamics G120, S120, V20).
• Capability to parameterize, commission, and diagnose faults in drives.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Ethernet/IP).
• Understanding of safety PLCs, interlocks, and safety circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/control schematics.
• Diagnosis of Lab view, Programming, and repair of cobots (universal robots), 3 axes pick and place. 
• Knowledge of SQL Database and PLC programming.
• Diagnosis of PC Hardware and upgradation.
• Hands-on experience with Keyence Vision Systems.
• Ability to configure, program, and optimize vision inspection applications.
• Proficiency in setting up tools such as pattern matching, edge detection, measurement, presence/absence, OCR/barcode reading, defect detection.
• Experience in lighting selection and lens adjustment for optimal image quality.
• Ability to integrate Keyence vision systems with PLCs, robots, or production lines (Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP, PROFINET, I/O).
• Capability to analyze and troubleshoot vision inspection issues.
• Knowledge of vision system backup, data logging, and report generation.
 
Other Knowledge required:
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards & systems,
Spare parts Management.
Knowledge of World class Maintenance techniques - TPM,5S, RCM, FMEA, RCM, & Lean Manufacturing.
