Your responsibilities:
  • Finalizing monthly KPI of the Business Unit, center profitability, rolling out budgets and tracking actual performance 
  • Ensuring accurate month-close; preparing PL & BS of the Business Unit (Finacial reporting, W2W reporting, Flash information to Germany and US,
  • Assisting in preparing annual and other strategic business plans with cross functional coordination 
  • Working on various Adhoc analysis required as per the business needs 
  • Supporting in internal & statutory audits 
  • Building control mechanism around revenue assurance, collection, fixed assets, transitories, inventories, and obsolescence etc. 
  • Preparing review decks of the Business Unit for Mgmt pesentation 
  • Reviewing direct and indirect costs 
  • Manage the cost controlling for all cost centers, set up internal allocations, external support & common functions allocation. Analyze deviations to targets and provide corresponding proposals for action 
  • Support the product team with the Pricing (RPS) analysis

Your qualifications:
  • Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Admin, Economy, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • 6-8 years of experience with: forecast, fixed assets, supporting the pricing team, audits, preparation of information for management
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus
