We are looking for job title : ServiceNow Contract Management Specialist

You’ll create impact by

• Supporting the Product Owner in crafting and improving contract management solutions within ServiceNow, gaining hands-on exposure to the platform and its capabilities
• Assisting in the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow stories, including story writing, backlog support, and workflow coordination
• Supplying to IT governance initiatives, learning standard processes and frameworks that ensure compliance, quality, and operational completion
• Handling key administrative and operational tasks that keep ServiceNow and contract management processes running efficiently
• Driving improvements in quality management and cross‑team communication, using creativity to improve documentation, reporting, and partnership
• Gaining exposure to data-driven decision‑making, including basic analytics, reporting, and insights using tools such as Power BI

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• 3+ of relevant years of professional experience in service Now
• A foundational IT background with a strong curiosity about ServiceNow, IT provider management, or supply chain/contract management
• Good interpersonal and multitasking skills, enabling you to prioritise with attention to detail
• Basic ServiceNow knowledge – Understanding of story writing and backend user workflows.
• Clear and confident interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate efficiently with partners
• Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, story writing, and translating business requirements into technical needs
• Proven understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support documentation and presentations
• Basic exposure to SQL, data analytics, and AI chatbot technologies, with a strong eagerness to deepen your technical skills
• A quality‑focused and growth-oriented attitude, with motivation to develop into a future Product Owner role within contract management
