We are looking for an Apprentice within the Information Technology area who will be trained in 2 years in Milan as Solution Architect.

Your Challenge

As Solution Architect your mission will be to drive the development and optimization of our internal processes/data analytics capabilities, enabling business teams to make informed decisions and accelerate digitalization. Some of the main activities will be:

• Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems leveraging LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic frameworks to automate complex business processes and enable autonomous decision-making.
• Implement conversational AI interfaces and integrate intelligent capabilities (NLP, document understanding, data extraction) into existing applications while establishing governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI practices and optimal agent performance.
• Design, update, and optimize executive dashboards to deliver meaningful, easy-to-understand insights, following established standards for data visualization and user experience.
• Build, refine, and manage data queries and ELT pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and high performance while establishing clearly defined key business metrics.
• Design and architect scalable, full-stack web applications using Mendix and modern frameworks to streamline internal processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Implement robust API architectures and DevOps practices including RESTful services, CI/CD pipelines and Docker
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (data engineering, analytics, software development, business) to continuously improve capabilities, upskill colleagues, and drive knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, web development, and data engineering, proactively evaluating and piloting innovative solutions that drive digital transformation and competitive advantage.

Required entry qualifications:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
• You are fresh graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• Basic familiarity with Python, SQL, Javascript or other programming languages
• Experience in web development, process optimization is a strong plus
• Experience in data analysis, dashboarding or analytics engineering is a strong plus
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
