Baseline Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or Graduate student

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

- must be able to come into the Milford, Ohio office at least once every 2 weeks.

Human Resources Operations Intern

We are seeking an HR Talent Acquisition focused student who will work in close partnership with the HR Talent Acquisition Team to develop and a run best-in-class recruitment processes and procedures by ensuring that the team is both innovative and compliant. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in and understand Human Resources at a large corporation!

Responsibilities

• Support the short- and long-term transition plans for the Human Resources Operations team supporting operational systems, tools and processes across the organization which support the overall transition and standup activity

• Assist our University Relations Team with our Summer and Fall interns.

• Execute project plans and acquire data to support recruitment activities.

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Completing a degree in Human Resources or related field

• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.

The salary range for this position is $22.00 to $34.00 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. The pay range for this position is 41,000 - 62,000 annually with a target incentive of 0 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
