We are looking for a senior, business-facing leader to drive customer excellence, strategic account enablement, and market growth initiatives for Siemens India. This role sits at the intersection of customer strategy, key account governance, market intelligence, and global alignment, with a strong focus on executive engagement and scalable growth platforms such as Siemens Xcelerator.
What you’ll do –
Customer Excellence and Strategic Engagement
- Own strategic partnerships with focus customers, including long-term agreements such as MOUs and rate contracts
- Lead and support resolution of critical customer escalations through cross-business alignment
- Govern and execute the country-level Net Promoter Score process, ensuring participation, rigor, and closure
- Be accountable for preparation and delivery of CEO-level customer briefings
- Deliver flagship customer engagement events such as Siemens Innovation Days
- Coordinate and manage high-impact customer and executive visits to Siemens locations
- Track collaboration initiatives with focus customers and provide regular progress updates to leadership
Key Account and Vertical Enablement
- Provide strategic frameworks, governance, and ongoing enablement to Key Account and Vertical Managers
- Support KAM processes including target setting, performance reviews, and marketing initiatives
- Own target setting, incentive frameworks, forecasting, and performance tracking for Key Accounts and Verticals
- Ensure disciplined performance governance through structured reporting and leadership reviews
- Guide identification of portfolio gaps and priority actions to increase Siemens’ share of wallet
- Design, manage, and continuously improve CRM usage, dashboards, and analytics for real-time visibility
Siemens Xcelerator and Global Alignment
- Lead and execute country-wide adoption and scaling of Siemens Xcelerator as a core growth platform
- Act as the central interface between Siemens HQ and local business teams
- Sponsor, organize, and govern Siemens Xcelerator enablement workshops with global teams
- Track Xcelerator scaling outcomes through a structured governance cadence
- Provide India-specific inputs to global playbooks, frameworks, and strategic documents
- Represent Siemens at key industry and policy forums such as CII and FICCI
Market Intelligence and Ecosystem Collaboration
- Drive market development by providing forward-looking capex visibility across businesses and accounts
- Establish analytical frameworks to translate capex pipelines into Siemens business potential
- Analyze external databases to identify relevant opportunities and synthesize market intelligence
- Support collaboration with ecosystem partners and consulting firms for joint go-to-market plays
- Enable data-driven opportunity prioritization across businesses, accounts, and verticals

Desired Qualifications & Traits
- 15+ years of progressive experience in customer strategy, key account management, business development, or strategic growth roles, preferably within large, complex, matrix organizations.
- Educational background in Engineering, with an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred.
- Strong experience engaging with C-suite and senior leadership, both internally and externally, including CEO-level customer interactions.
- Demonstrated capability in performance governance, target setting, forecasting, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of enabling and governing Key Account and Vertical teams at scale.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, dashboards, and data-driven sales enablement.
- Ability to operate effectively across global and local stakeholders, navigating cultural and organizational complexity.
- High level of business acumen, structured problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
