Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:

  • Execute and establish machining processes for steam turbine components as per Industrial Engineering guidelines.
  • Perform work measurement and time estimation for new or modified operations to ensure productivity.
  • Prepare detailed CNC part programming and implement quality checkpoints to meet standards within timelines.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and increase throughput.
  • Maintain CNC machine networking for ISO 9001 compliance and manage tool inventory for production efficiency.
  • Support Quality Management System implementation to achieve departmental objectives.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–4 years of experience in CNC lathe operations.
  • Exposure to Siemens CNC control systems (Siemens 840D, 802D) is a plus.
