About the Role
This role will be based in a hybrid/remote working capacity, and we are fully supportive of flexible working arrangements.
You will join a highly motivated and diverse Learning & Development team that operates globally and hence gives you the opportunity to interact with professionals from various geographies and cultural backgrounds.
Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences? We are seeking a skilled Courseware Developer to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering courseware for our Sales, Presales, or Professional Services teams. If you have a deep understanding of adult learning practices and expertise in courseware development tools, we want to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
Learning & Development: Intermediate Level
• Thorough professional know-how in the principles and practice of Learning & Development courseware design, delivery, and management based on practical, demonstrable experience.
• Deep understanding of Adult Learning Practices.
Software Platforms: Advanced Level
• In-depth and varied knowledge and experience of Articulate Suite, providing advice and guidance to other users.
• Thorough professional know-how to create and build courseware.
• High level of experience with text-to-speech software.
• Familiarity with Camtasia.
• Familiarity with Synthesia.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Practical understanding of graphics manipulation.
• MS Suite
