Position Overview

We are looking for a professional engineer for the Customer Service Business Developement Professional in Medium Voltage switchgears and Protection and Controls systems in Athens, Greece to be hired with a permanent contract within the Electrification & Automation bussines unit.

Your Challenge

As a Business Developement Professional in Electrification & Automation, your mission will be to drive business growth by developing and executing a strategic technical promotion plan for our service portfolio, with a strong focus on:

• Maintenance contracts / spare parts 
• Revamping and retrofit solutions
• Digitalization, IoT, and Cybersecurity services

You will be responsible for:

• Defining and implementing the technical promotion strategy, ensuring strong market positioning and customer engagement.
• Driving business expansion in key verticals: Multiutilities, Power Generation, and Heavy Industry.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through deep market knowledge and customer engagement.
• Collaborating with internal technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Managing the entire business development cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.
• Laying the foundation for a future technical promotion team, shaping its structure and leadership.

What do you need to bring with you?

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering business growth.
• Strong understanding of electrification, automation, and customer service solutions, including maintenance, revamping, IoT, and cybersecurity.
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Proficiency in English
