Who we are

We at Siemens believe that technology can overcome the most significant challenges of our times. Technology is made by people – it's up to us to lead the change and create impact. This is how we give innovation a meaning. We are curious minds, groundbreakers and innovation drivers. And we are human enthusiasts with a diverse set of backgrounds, skills, interests, and needs, united in a unique mission to create a better tomorrow for society.

What part will you play?

As part of our Global Talent Intelligence Team, you will contribute to positioning Siemens as the #1 Employer of choice and will support bringing our new data structure to life.

We are looking for a data professional with 2–3 years of experience who is highly motivated to further develop their data science skills.

This position is for you if you are:

  • An experienced data detective: you enjoy running SQL / SnowSQL queries and analyzing data in Power BI, and you are not satisfied until you resolve identified issues.
  • A pipeline architect: you bring some experience designing, implementing, and monitoring ETL/ELT processes. You understand data flow optimization and can work with tools to build robust data solutions.
  • A quality guardian: you have a track record of ensuring data quality and integrity, systematically identifying and resolving data issues before they impact insights and business decisions.
  • A gold medal analyst: you’re capable and comfortable breaking down numerical data and all other sources of information. You systematically probe for additional information to identify correlations, predict trends, and gain a greater understanding.
  • An inquiring mind: you’re intellectually curious and a lifelong learner; you analyze and dissect things to see how they work and figure out how to improve or fix them using ETL/ELT.
  • An efficient communicator: you effortlessly translate complex business requirements to a non-technical audience in a clear, concise manner to derive meaningful conclusions and present insights and recommendations.

What you need to make what matters real.

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analytics languages (SQL / Jinja + Python) is required, and experience with data visualization software is desirable (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL and Snowpipe is a nice-to-have.
  • Experience in documenting procedures is a plus.
  • Passionate about contributing to the future of Talent Acquisition.
  • Structured work approach and confidence working in a global environment.
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • You are curious, proactive, highly motivated, and enjoy learning. You have strong communication skills, complemented by excellent English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and an advanced level of problem-solving skills are essential.
