Qualifications and Requirements

Optimize Global Live Training Delivery:

• Lead and implement all back-end operational processes for our Global Live Training (LT) offerings, ensuring efficiency and a superior user experience.
• Handle and update the course catalog on the Siemens Xcelerator Academy.
• Seamlessly set up and deploy both online and in-center Live Training events on the SXA platform.
• Administer sales processes by creating and handling opportunities and quotes within Salesforce.
• Plan and schedule instructor training sessions to ensure readiness and quality.
• Registration and enrolment of student on the SXA platform.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Live Training inquiries, providing support and resolution through email and ServiceNow.

Drive Insights Through Data Analytics:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, real-time visibility into training performance.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic planning for our LT portfolio.
• Translate complex data into meaningful reports and compelling visualizations, using advanced analytical tools such as Python, Power Automate, Macros, and AI-driven solutions like Copilot, to track and communicate key business metrics.
