You'll make an impact by

You support our global team of consultants and project managers in strategic P&O projects by:

• Research & Analysis: Researching and analyzing industry trends, news, and market insights, as well as conducting data analysis using digital resources.
• Communication & Presentations: Preparing presentations for meetings, alignment sessions, and discussion rounds to communicate complex information clearly.
• Financial Analysis: Analyzing and preparing financial model KPIs, project charging, and cost forecasting data to drive transparency and informed decision-making.
• Operational Excellence: Developing dashboards and tools that enable operational excellence across our teams, as well as organizing and conducting workshops.
• Culture & Development: Fostering a culture of continuous learning and people growth through close collaboration with various chapters and supporting day-to-day project work under the guidance of experienced team members.

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in business administration, social sciences, psychology or a similar field
• Experience and Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Office365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams, ideally also Conceptboard
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, with a keen interest in P&O-related topics
• Initial practical experience in consulting, HR, or international project environments is an advantage
• Preferably initial work experience in international companies 
• Ways of Working: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently, and are able to prioritize and execute tasks pragmatically
• Languages: You have excellent written and spoken English skills
