Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a HR IT Demand Manager to act as a crucial link between our HR business stakeholders and our IT development teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR and/or IT systems, particularly with experience in integrating non-SAP/Cloud-based SaaS solutions. If you have a knack for translating business needs into actionable IT requirements and coordinating their delivery, this is the perfect opportunity. Project management experience is also highly advantageous.

- Acting as the primary liaison between customers and IT development teams, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and priorities.
- Capturing, analyzing, and meticulously documenting new demands (including projects, system enhancement requests, and incidents). You will ensure these demands are clearly scoped and specified to provide a consistent and high-quality basis for estimation, planning, and development.
- Translating complex HR business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications for our IT development teams, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and capabilities.
- Leading discussions on HR topics with a strong focus on IT strategy & transformation, end-to-end processes, and integrations.
- Coordinating and managing the global HR IT landscape, proactively identifying cross-topic dependencies and ensuring seamless integration.
- Collaborating on and defining complex HR-IT landscape carve-in/carve-out scenarios.
- Coordinating the integration of non-SAP/Cloud-based SaaS solutions, such as Workday, ensuring business requirements are met.
- Consulting HR and support functions on the optimization and harmonization of business processes, guiding them towards efficient IT solutions.
- Overseeing local activities to support HR in integrating solutions into the Siemens IT landscape, including adherence to cybersecurity standards.
You’ll build on your existing expertise, including:
- A passion for customer focus and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
- Significant experience in HR and/or IT systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multi demands/ projects simultaneously.
- Experience and motivation to work in an international set up.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business needs to technical teams clearly and concisely.
- Teamwork with a bias towards virtual collaboration.
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Experience in projects or willingness to step into project management responsibilities is essential.
