The Head of WEA Regional Process Management and Domain Application Management plays a pivotal role in standardizing and expanding our MSD (Marketing, Communications, Sales and Order Management) services, driving productivity and process optimization across the region, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. This position focuses on identifying new opportunities to deliver our MSD services, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of optimization that enhances service performance and reduces operational overhead.
While maintaining alignment with global standards, the role partners closely with regional service lines to lead transformation initiatives, leveraging lean methodologies, automation, and best practices to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
Your mission will be…
- Champion process optimization, standardisation and productivity initiatives across all service domains.
- Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and workflows that streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
- Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, ensuring processes evolve to meet changing business needs.
- Lead the regional team to deliver best-in-class transactional services in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Collections and Order Management for our Siemens-internal and - external Customers in WEA (DI, SI, SMO, SHS, SE, Innomotics);
- Lead the team in the Domain Application Lifecycle activities: Design, Build, Scale, Operate, Test & Optimize global domain applications enhanced with AI;
- Work closely with Global Domain Application Management in the standardization and functional expansion of our domains’ applications.
- Partner with service lines to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement opportunities;
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects using lean principles and automation strategies;
- Promote innovative solutions that reduce operational overhead and enhance service delivery;
- Drive cultural change toward process excellence and productivity across the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional service line leaders regarding process governance, tooling, and performance trends;
- Facilitate regular communication between global process owners and regional teams to ensure alignment and transparency;
- Deliver training, documentation, and coaching sessions to ensure process maturity and competency across the region.
- Track and report regional process performance metrics and compliance indicators;
- Provide insights and recommendations to global and regional leadership based on data-driven analysis;
- Ensure that deviations from global standards are identified early and addressed through corrective actions.
We are looking for someone with…
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business administration or similar.
- Proven experience in IT Process Management, Service Management, or Operational Excellence roles.
- Track record in process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of ITIL practices and process governance frameworks.
- Ability to translate global standards into regional execution strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multi-regional and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across multi-regional teams.
