•Responsible for managing the financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring commercial viability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

•Support Project Managers in tracking project progress, managing customer change proposals, and preparing regular commercial and financial reports for management as well as internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage claims, variations, change orders, extensions of time (EOT), and support dispute resolution in line with contractual terms and company policies.

•Operate in a project/service-driven environment, with hands-on experience as a Commercial Project Controller, including SAP-based project financial management and Handling high-volume, fast-moving businesses comprising multiple small projects and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)

•Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the region, including adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and ICFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) requirements.

•Share responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet management for the region, supporting accurate forecasting, cost control, and financial governance.
