■A Snapshot of Your Day

Technical support and promotion of SIEMENS innovative products and solutions to customers and business partners.

■How You'll Make an Impact

- Technical consultation and technical support for SIEMENS Digital Industries portfolio, mainly the industrial automation portfolio (e.g. PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drive system, Industrial network)

- Provide technical support, training and product demostration to Partners and Customers

- Assist sales teams to validate solutions by checking product capabilities and limitations

- Troubleshoot software, connectivity and hardware issues for customers via phone, email

■What You Bring

- Work for factory/process automation industry (e.g. PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS )

- Technical support (Troubleshooting/Fault analysis)

- Language skills: fluent Japanese and satisfactory business English

- Communication with customer/business partner

- Team player

バラエティに富んだシーメンスの革新的な製品、ソリューションの顧客・パートナー向け技術サポート

■職務概要

・シーメンスのデジタルインダストリーズ製品の主に産業用自動制御機器（IT-OT統合、バーチャルコミッショニン

グ、PLC、HMI、SCADA、ドライブシステム、ネットワーク機器等）のコンサルティング、技術サポート

・顧客、パートナー企業への技術サポートやトレーニング、製品デモンストレーション

・営業活動における製品機能やソリューションの実現性の確認

・電話、メールによる製品トラブル対応

■求めるスキル・経験

・ファクトリーオートメーションもしくはプロセスオートメーション業界での業務経験（例：PLC、HMI、SCADA等）

・技術サポート業務（トラブル対応、エラー解析）

・日本語と基礎的な英語力（業務を進めるにあたり問題なく話すことができれば尚可）

・顧客やビジネスパートナーとの折衝

・チームプレイができる

尚可条件

・ドライブシステム（サーボ、インバーター）

・工業用ネットワーク（PROFINET, CC Link, Ether CAT, Ethernet, TCP/IP等）

・IT関連のノウハウ（ソフトウェア、ドメイン等のネットワーク構築等）
