We are looking for IT Tester – Manual & Automation.

Before our software developers write even a single line of code, they have to understand what drives our customers. What is the environment? What is the user story based on? Implementation means – trying, testing, and improving outcomes until a final solution emerges. Knowledge means exchange – discussions with colleagues from all over the world.

YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY:

Playing a key role in analyzing software requirements and user stories to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability. Responsibilities include identifying ambiguities, designing and executing test cases based on functional requirements, and refining them as needed.

The service focuses on delivering high‑quality software solutions by applying structured testing practices within an international business environment. It involves close collaboration with consultants and business representatives across multiple regions to validate requirements, improve software reliability, and continuously enhance testing processes.

As part of the organization's automation strategy, the service is also responsible for planning, developing, and implementing automated tests within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that automation efforts support business‑critical functionalities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in modern test methods and technologies for cloud-based software products and CI/CD tools.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript or others.
• Expertise in UI automation and testing methods; familiarity with Playwright is a plus.
• Solid experience in implementing CI/CD Test Automation within various development environments.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Ability to interpret and translate complex software requirements into effective test scenarios (e.g., business processes, Use Cases, User Stories).
• Excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.

• Knowledge in Microsoft tecnologies, specially Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Postman would be nice to have.
• Be proactive, be a technology and business knowledge seeker, work with a team and be able to solve problems.
