For Mobility CS in Shanghai, we are looking for Commercial Project Officer to shape the connected Mobility with us.

What are your responsibilities?

• Drive the development of service businesses and provide commercial expertise from a commercial perspective.

• Manage the commercial topics of sales and bid actives for full-service business.

• Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, accounting, legal and compliance, within the scope of the applicable business processes.

• Perform annual budgeting, monthly forecasting & cost control, cash flow reconciliation, and deviation analysis. Ensure accuracy of project books and records in SAP

• Ensure timely invoicing, actively managing receivables, and maximizing cash flow

• Actively identifying risks and opportunities in your project and initiate appropriate action.

• Preparing timely reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders

• Managing all commercial and financial matters in the execution of project

• Other commercial and controlling tasks assigned by Managers.

What do you need to qualify for this job?

• 5 years or more in finance/commercial functions. Bidding/project execution experience is preferred.

• Profound knowledge in controlling, accounting, contracts, and claim management.

• Fluent in English writing and speaking.

• Strong in interpersonal skills, excellent collaboration and communication, detail oriented.

• Major in Finance, accounting or relevant is plus.

• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office.
