Organize and transform raw information—such as workflows, internal processes, or customer engagement steps—into clear, structured documents and templates for use by sales, operations, and commercial teams.

• Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Immerse yourself in the daily activities of the Sales, Operations, and Commercial organizations to understand how they work together to support customers and drive business outcomes.

• Market & Business Insights

Learn how Siemens brings advanced software solutions to market, how our sales teams engage customers, and how internal programs support revenue generation and customer value.

• Operational Support

Assist with ongoing internal initiatives such as reporting, pipeline organization, internal communications, resource management, and improvement of team workflows.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals with strong learning agility, business curiosity, and excellent organizational skills.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Self‑Driven: Comfortable taking initiative and working independently with guidance.
  • A Structured Thinker: Can break down complex information into simple, clear components.
  • A Strong Communicator: Especially in writing, as you will prepare internal documents and summaries.
  • Business‑Minded (Any Major Welcome): Students studying business, operations, supply chain, marketing, engineering, data analytics, or related areas will find this role especially engaging, but all motivated applicants are encouraged to apply.
