Then come and join our global team as Global Senior Market & Competitive Intelligence Manager (f/m/d) for Digital & Automation and become the MI/CI specialist for our digital solutions within the Healthcare IT market.


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You drive global Market & Competitive Intelligence for our comprehensive digital portfolio, covering Enterprise Imaging IT in radiology, cardiology, and pathology, along with solutions in fleet performance management and connected care.
  • You transform complex market, customer, and competitor data into clear, actionable insights that fuel strategic decision making, and empower marketing, sales and growth initiatives across the organization.
  • You partner closely with sales, marketing, product development, and leadership to ensure market intelligence directly drives commercial impact and opportunity creation.
  • You develop MI/CI content and deliverables, provide ongoing updates and training, and build a strong internal and external network to ensure market intelligence is fully integrated into strategic and commercial decision making.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree in Marketing or Business, Human Medicine, Medical Technology/Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You have many years of professional experience in Market intelligence, Competitive intelligence, Strategy, or a commercial role.
  • You bring a comprehensive background in Healthcare IT and understand relevant market and technology trends.
  • You demonstrate strong strategic and commercial thinking, translating market insights into clear recommendations that guide Marketing, Sales, and Product Development.
  • You have extensive experience presenting at executive level, delivering clear, impactful, and concise presentations.
  • You demonstrate excellent Excel capabilities, alongside strong PowerPoint skills for effective communication.
  • You have a strong affinity for digital technologies, especially AI-supported tools and working methods.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken English and are able to create high‑quality deliverables; ideally, you also bring German language skills.
  • You enjoy traveling for business including attending national and international trade shows (about 20%).
  • You think creatively, find pragmatic solutions, and feel at ease in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • You maintain a positive attitude, bring a good sense of humor, and value a healthy work‑life balance.
  • You thrive in dynamic settings, adapt quickly, and stay motivated when working across different cultures and stakeholders.
