Your daily business

• Craft creative, engaging, and memorable speeches, briefings and soundbites including respective social media activities for our CPSO in English and German. 
• Tailor messages to diverse audiences with deep understanding of communications across fields and channels and also steer overarching communication projects related to the CPSO appearances.  
• Research and align content in close collaboration with Siemens businesses, functions, and Communications colleagues 
• Act as sparrings partner for CPSO through messaging development, providing strategic counsel and guidance 
• Analyze audience feedback on the effectiveness of communications 
• Support executive communications planning, activity monitoring, and identifying new opportunities with the Siemens Communications Team    

Your success is grounded in

• Education

• Experience & Skills
• Extensive experience (+10 years) in communications and speechwriting, with expertise in sustainability and people topics
• Executive communications experience, ideally supporting C-level leaders at technology companies
• Strong foundation in and enthusiasm for sustainability and people & organization topics, understanding that successful sustainability integration must be rooted in business strategies
• Ability to develop thought leadership content
• Journalistic experience is a plus
• Ways of working
• Ability to lead, manage, and collaborate with international teams on complex projects
• Openness to learning, feedback, and constructively challenging the status quo
• Proven team player across business functions globally
• Strong focus and prioritization skills in fast-paced, multi-project environments with flexibility to shift as needs arise
