Executive Storyteller & Speechwriter (f/m/d)
We're seeking an Executive Storyteller & Speechwriter for our Chief Sustainability and People Officer (CPSO) who strengthens the CPSO’s public positioning and shapes high impact narratives around her leadership agenda.

Your daily business
- Craft creative, engaging, and memorable speeches, briefings and soundbites including respective social media activities for our CPSO in English and German.
- Tailor messages to diverse audiences with deep understanding of communications across fields and channels and also steer overarching communication projects related to the CPSO appearances.
- Research and align content in close collaboration with Siemens businesses, functions, and Communications colleagues
- Act as sparrings partner for CPSO through messaging development, providing strategic counsel and guidance
- Analyze audience feedback on the effectiveness of communications
- Support executive communications planning, activity monitoring, and identifying new opportunities with the Siemens Communications Team
Your success is grounded in
- Education
Master's degree in communications, humanities, sustainability, business administration, or equivalent
- Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience (+10 years) in communications and speechwriting, with expertise in sustainability and people topics
- Executive communications experience, ideally supporting C-level leaders at technology companies
- Strong foundation in and enthusiasm for sustainability and people & organization topics, understanding that successful sustainability integration must be rooted in business strategies
- Ability to develop thought leadership content
- Journalistic experience is a plus
- Ways of working
- Ability to lead, manage, and collaborate with international teams on complex projects
- Openness to learning, feedback, and constructively challenging the status quo
- Proven team player across business functions globally
- Strong focus and prioritization skills in fast-paced, multi-project environments with flexibility to shift as needs arise
- Excellent social and networking skills across cultures and management levels
