Main Responsibilities 主要职责

The Senior Business Analyst is a core position for data-driven decision-making in the company, responsible for supporting the company's management in formulating key business strategies through in-depth data analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations. The position requires cross-disciplinary knowledge integration capabilities, the ability to transform complex data into actionable plans, and the promotion of the implementation and application of analytical results in the business side. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

高级商务分析师是公司数据驱动决策的核心职位，负责通过深度数据分析、业务洞察与战略建议，支撑公司管理层制定关键业务策略。需具备跨领域知识整合能力，能够将复杂数据转化为可落地的行动方案，并推动分析成果在业务端的落地应用。主要职责包括但不限于：

• Implement Business and Finance Intelligence reporting dashboards / systems and set up effective tracking & control mechanisms for KPIs.

负责实施业务和财务的智能报告看板/系统, 设立有效跟踪和控制机制。

• Detailed analysis of KPI and value flow including recommendations for improvements.

对关键绩效指标和价值流进行详细分析，提供改进建议。

• Regularly provide business analysis reports (such as quarterly business reviews and forecasts) to provide data-driven decision-making support for management.

定期输出业务分析报告（如季度业务复盘、预测），为管理层提供数据驱动的决策依据。

• Supplement internal analysis with external data (such as third-party reports and public information) and provide comprehensive business insights.

结合外部数据（如第三方报告、公开信息）补充内部分析，提供全面业务洞察。

• Lead the implementation of cross-function projects to improve business efficiency.

领导跨部门项目的实施，以提高业务效率。

• Support the improvement and transformation of team competence and enhance overall data and digital capabilities.

协助团队业务能力的提升和转型，提升整体数据和数字化能力。

• Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责。

Main Requirements 主要职位要求

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Commercial or Finance preferred.

本科或以上学历，商务/财务类专业优先。

• 5+ years’ experience in Commercial / financial accounting at MNC.

至少5年以上生产型企业商务/财务工作经验。

• Strong analytical skills, with work experience in data analysis or business analysis required.

极强的分析能力，需有数据分析或商业分析的工作经验。

• Possess strong business acumen, logical thinking, and communication and expression skills.

具备较强的商业敏感度、逻辑思维与沟通表达能力。

• Experience/knowledge of value flow in Siemens factories and respective SI/EA guidelines would be an advantage.

具备西门子工厂价值流经验和SI/EA指导原则者优先。

• Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the global environment.

能够在全球范围内跨职能部门进行有效的工作，完成多项任务并取得成果。

• Solid knowledge of SAP, Siemens reporting tools (e. g. Esprit) and MS Office Programs.

熟练掌握SAP、西门子报表工具（如Esprit）和MS Office软件。

• Solid knowledge of tools like Power BI, Mendix, Python, etc. will be a big plus.

熟练掌握Power BI, Mendix, Python 等数字化工具优先。

• Fluent in both verbal and written English

英语读写流利。
