Part Time Working Student (Business Development & Sustainability)
We are looking for a motivated and curious Part Time Working Student to support our Business Development & Sustainability activities. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys research, analysis, creative problem‑solving, and learning about strategic business topics and sustainability trends.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Strategy, Finance, Sustainability, Sales, and Operations—and contribute to strategic projects, market insights, and internal reporting processes.
This part‑time position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a multinational environment while supporting meaningful and impact‑driven projects.
What part will you play?
1. Research & Market Analysis
Support market research, competitor analysis, and data collection activities.
Assist in mapping new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Prepare summaries, short reports, and research notes for internal use.
2. Sustainability Support
Assist in sustainability‑related tasks such as CBAM, ETS and EU Green Deal topics.
Help with data organization, basic analysis, and documentation processes.
Support supplier engagement and sustainability awareness activities.
3. Training & Incentives Support
Support training material preparation, workshop logistics, and documentation.
Assist in incentives-related research, follow-ups, and data tracking.
4. Presentation & Reporting Assistance
Support the creation of clear and visually engaging internal materials.
Help compile inputs for strategic presentations and planning meetings.
5. Coordination & Communication
Assist in coordinating cross-functional tasks.
Prepare communication drafts for internal stakeholders.
Support event preparations, meetings, and follow-ups.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (3rd and 4th year undergraduate student) or Master’s program (1st year) in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Engineering or similar fields.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in business development, sustainability, market trends, and innovation.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- English proficiency; German is an advantage.
- Available to work part time during the work week in a hybrid model.
