We are looking for: Electrical Engineer – (Order Administrator)

You’ll make an impact by:

• Upload invoices to customer portals
• Review accuracy of entered orders
• Assign orders to the order managers and project managers
• Monitor and troubleshoot unsuccessful invoices
• Check accuracy of sales reps commission calculation
• Fill vendor forms, certificates of insurance and other documentation required by customers
• Issue credit memos in SAP
• Monitor and troubleshoot changes to sales orders in SAP and COMPAS tool.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• Graduate in Engineering with minimum 2years of experience in relevant role
• Competence with Microsoft Office Applications, with a strong proficiency in Excel
• Good Communications Skills, both written and oral
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with complex ERP systems desired, preferably SAP
• Proactive, responsible, dedicated, great teammate.
