Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Plano, TX is $159,685 – $223,100 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Architect and oversee the development of high-impact social acquisition strategies aligned with critical program objectives, ensuring consistent integration across multiple channels and industries. Spearhead the use of Sprinklr and other advanced social tools to govern, analyze, and refine social media campaigns in several platforms. Champion innovation by identifying emerging social media opportunities, leveraging competitive insights, and applying best-in-class practices to remain at the forefront of digital marketing trends. Utilize deep understanding of customer personas and a data-first approach to craft targeted messaging that effectively reaches and resonates with key audiences. Provide visionary leadership for a team of social marketing experts, driving performance excellence, innovation, and professional growth. Empower team members strategically by delegating ownership and accountability, while cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Lead strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, aligning efforts with proprietary digital solutions. Govern and allocate substantial budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver high-level, actionable performance insights to senior leadership, translating complex campaign metrics into meaningful business outcomes. Establish and monitor business-critical KPIs, driving continuous refinement of social acquisition strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Design and implement robust processes for creative design, campaign execution, and content timing to ensure operational excellence and agility. Actively dismantle organizational silos, fostering cross-departmental alignment between brand, customer experience, industry, and regional marketing functions. Strategically identify and oversee staffing and technological partnerships to provide the team with cutting-edge tools and resources necessary for achieving business goals.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (employer will accept 3 or 4 year foreign degrees) in Marketing, Business, Communication, Economics, Computation, or related field and 84 months of experience in the job offered or in a Marketing-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: 7 years of experience working in social media marketing or digital acquisition marketing; 1 year of experience managing and mentoring a social media team; 2 years of experience with Sprinklr or other social media management and analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to drive strategic decision-making, streamline processes and maximize campaign performance across diverse channels; 3 years of experience with buyer’s journey, LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) model and crafting strategies tailored to B2B environments; 3 years of experience with Eloqua for B2B marketing automation, including campaign management, segmentation, and performance analytics; 2 years of experience leveraging SEMrush for content gap analysis and competitive research, optimizing content strategy and enhancing search visibility; 7 years of experience in web authoring and managing SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless content organization and site functionality. Telecommuting is permissible pursuant to company policy. 5% domestic and international travel.
