General Summary of the Job:

The Technical Marketing Associate role is available to people with varying degrees of experience, knowledge, and responsibility. People in this role generally have a deep understanding of the products/capabilities they are assigned. They are the internal experts on target personas and the buyer's journey, and they should be able to articulate the problems that customers face and how the assigned product/capability can address those problems. Typical deliverables consist of market research reports, positioning documents, technical presentations, demo outlines, demo videos, competitive positioning, white papers, and other relevant and compelling assets that help win business for the assigned products/capabilities.

Technical Marketing Associates are occasionally called upon to speak and participate at events, participate in webinars, conduct, and participate in round tables, and engage with sales in select customer engagements. They are measured on achieving the KPI targets of the team and product/capability they are assigned.
