We are looking for: IT Service Owner

You’ll break new ground by:

  • Act as the end-to-end owner of assigned IT services across their full lifecycle (strategy, develop, transition, operation, and improvement, retirement)
  • Define and maintain the service vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT service strategy and roadmap.

·       Ensure services comply with enterprise architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee the service design, technical architecture, and technological interfaces with other platforms, driving innovation
  • Manage the service capacity, budget, risks, security, compliance, and ethics

·       Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for business stakeholders regarding service-related queries.

  • Define and manage IT features, functionalities, and enhancements, ensuring they meet business goals and user needs
  • Drive day-to-day delivery and operation of IT services, ensuring agreed service levels, service recovery, and business continuity
  • Manage providers, contracts, and service team workforce, and maintain accurate documentation and inventory of IT assets
  • Inspire the service team, gather feedback, resolve conflicts, leverage creativity to devise unique solutions, and improve satisfaction with customers and users
  • Drive continuous service improvement (including productivity improvements like automation and AI) in collaboration with operations, architecture, and business partners.
  • Drive service innovation to meet the evolving needs of the business and keep pace with technological advancements. 

·       Provide leadership in changes, enhancements affecting the service; maintain operational stability.

  • Lead multi-functional project teams and ensure effective partnership between IT and business partners.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • 12–15 years of experience in IT Service Management and/or IT Project Management.

·       Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

  • Proactive, qualitydriven, and resultsoriented approach.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) depending on the service context.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, DevOps, and business teams.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Superb communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a sophisticated, international environment.
  • Experience working with external suppliers and multi-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of Automation and Agentic AI technologies.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to work independently on sophisticated topics as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work optimally within agile, globally distributed teams.
