We are looking for job title : IT Senior Project Manager

You’ll create impact by

• Defining project requirements and handling end-to-end project delivery.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinating internal teams and external vendors/partners for magnificent project execution.
• Ensuring efficient resource availability and effective allocation.
• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools, systems, and methodologies.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate project reports and documentation.
• Leading strategic IT initiatives within the India Hub, ensuring alignment with global objectives and driving operational quality.
• Acting as a motivator to Siemens’ ongoing IT transformation journey.
• Project Leadership: Planning, executing, and leading all aspects of IT projects from initiation to closure while maintaining global standards.
• Partner Management: Serving as the main point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Resource & Budget Management: Prioritizing tasks, leading project budgets, and ensuring efficient execution across the project lifecycle.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identifying potential risks early, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining stable project delivery.
• Facilitating structured planning workshops for leadership and project teams to clarify goals, expectations, and work you're doing.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in the IT sector, specifically with ERP/SAP-related projects.
• Solid grasp of SAP update methodologies and technical project execution.
• Validated technical background with knowledge or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA C.
• Experience with Siemens ERP systems, preferably Spiridon.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of outsourcing partners associated with Spiridon systems.
• Understanding of the Scrum Agile framework and a willingness to further accept and apply agile practices in ongoing projects.
