You’ll make an impact by
- Analyzing sales opportunities and identifying patterns, deviations, and optimization potential.
- Tracking datasets, status changes, and KPIs in the opportunity pipeline.
- Ensuring high data quality in our CRM system, SieSales.
- Creating regular reports, management dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses, and developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for visualizing complex data.
- Improving data processes and working closely with Sales, Controlling, and IT.
- Supporting data validations, forecasts, and KPI definitions.
This is how you'll win us over
- You have several years of experience in data analysis and are proficient in handling sales and CRM data (e.g., SieSales or Salesforce), Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization), and Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data model).
- You have the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for action and possess an independent and solution-oriented work style.
- Being a proactive personality who convinces us with your analytical skills, structured approach, high attention to detail, and reliability in handling data.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Being willing to travel and having excellent English language skills.
- Very good communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with stakeholders complete your profile.
