You’ll make an impact by
- Take responsibility for commercial and administrative processes within our international service and product business.
- Perform detailed order and quotation checks, release approvals, and ensure accurate transactional processing.
- Conduct ongoing cost and revenue controlling, including variance analysis and forecasting support.
- Maintain and monitor material pricing, cost allocations, and internal postings.
- Review vendor invoices and ensure correct financial bookings and compliance.
- Oversee warehouse-related administrative processes and maintain accurate stock in SAP.
- Support monthly closing activities, reporting, and alignment with controlling and accounting stakeholders.
Your defining qualities
- Education: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with several years of relevant professional experience in a finance-related position.
- Experience & Skills:
- You have solid experience with financial and commercial processes.
- You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are among your strengths.
- Ways of working:
- You're a highly engaged and motivated individual with a natural curiosity for numbers and strong analytical abilities.
- Your profile is rounded off by strong communication, initiative, teamwork, flexibility, and a structured, results oriented, and customer-focused working style.
- Languages: Because you will work in an international environment, you bring strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Additional language skills would be an advantage.
