You’ll create impact by
- You handle all orders received by the factory across all business segments that are supplied by the factory and ensure seamless manufacturing processes execution from order intake to delivery.
- Together with your teams you are handling production scheduling, technical documentation preparation for production, supervise execution until delivery phase and coordinate across internal and external teams (e.g. Projekt Management, Production, Quality Control, Logistics).
- You and your team coordinate all internal topics to ensure the smooth factory handling of customer orders. This includes involvement in day-to-day operations as well as the strategic orientation for your area.
- You serve as the hub for interdepartmental collaboration with manufacturing, quality control (QC), logistics, external Order Execution, and customer communication.
- You are responsible for supplier management and production planning.
- Together with your team, you continuously improve and optimize business processes, and you bear responsibility for achieving objectives.
- Your leadership approach strengthens team cohesion, fosters continuous learning, and promotes a positive and resilient work culture.
- You have many years of experience in project-based industries with very good order processing, material procurement, or supply chain management knowledge.
- You have leadership experience with pronounced coaching and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- You are familiar with SAP systems, especially in production planning.
- You have a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English complete your profile.
