Job Title: Customer Support Professional – Automation Services
Business Title: Senior Executive
Location: Pune


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Professional to manage and execute after-sales service activities for factory and process automation systems. The role involves field service, system retrofits, maintenance contract execution, and digital service support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and system reliability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver after-sales support for factory and process automation systems
  • Execute field service activities including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Perform retrofit and modernization of legacy automation systems
  • Manage and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to ensure system uptime
  • Provide digital service support, including remote diagnostics and monitoring
  • Troubleshoot issues related to PLC, SCADA, DCS, and industrial network systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers for timely resolution of issues
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
    OR Diploma in Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networking
  • Strong problem-solving and field service skills in industrial environments


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Siemens automation systems such as SIMATIC S7 or PCS 7
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and network products
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites
