We are looking for: Senior Solution Expert – ServiceNow

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Partnering with product and process owners to turn business needs into out‑of‑the‑box‑aligned ServiceNow solutions across applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and AI adoption.
  • Owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle: requirements grooming, high‑level solutioning, impact assessment (cross‑process / cross‑product), test‑case support, hands‑on testing, training enablement, and change communications.
  • Designing, configuring, and governing the ServiceNow framework (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD): workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts; and integrating with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Coordinating delivery hygiene—timelines, work, resources, dependencies—and providing regular status and risk updates to participants to ensure successful, timely releases.
  • Owning support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications: solving issues, driving resolution and root cause, and ensuring adherence to platform guidelines and standards.
  • Crafting and explaining process flow diagrams and documentation so users and developers share a common understanding of how solutions work.
  • Communicating new functionalities to the right user groups and supporting adoption with clear guidance and training materials.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • 4+ years in ServiceNow development and business analysis (ideally within ITSM/ITOM/HRSD), plus a Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or related field.
  • Strong hands‑on skills with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide scripting, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Ability to connect technical architecture with service architecture and data models, perform impact assessments, and manage cross‑process dependencies.
  • Experience coordinating in Agile/Scrum or hybrid models: writing/grooming user stories, supporting UAT, and ensuring release readiness.
  • A consulting mindset: clear participant communication, facilitation, influencing without authority, strong analysis, problem‑solving, and documentation.
  • Nice to have / Preferred: ITIL process definition/implementation, deeper knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data model, CSA/CAD certifications, Agile certifications, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
