The digital transformation of buildings is accelerating rapidly. Succeeding in this landscape requires not only leading-edge technology, but strong commercial leadership, disciplined sales execution, and a sales organization that consistently delivers customer value while driving profitable growth.

Your Impact Opportunity
As Nordic Head of Sales, you will take on a senior commercial leadership role with responsibility for shaping, guiding, and strengthening sales performance across the Nordic region. Your mission is to elevate sales capability, sharpen customer focus, and drive profitable, sustainable growth in a competitive and evolving market.
Based in any Nordic country, you will lead a cross‑Nordic sales leadership team and act as a key change leader within the Nordic organization. Through clear strategic direction, strong leadership presence, and disciplined execution, you will strengthen sales excellence, modernize sales practices, and elevate customer engagement across the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and enable sales leaders and teams, building a high‑performance culture characterized by accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.
  • Champion modern sales approaches, including value‑based selling, solution orientation, and cross‑functional collaboration across the organization.
  • Drive excellence in sales execution, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline quality, and performance follow‑up, ensuring transparency and predictability.
  • Strengthen customer engagement and strategic account management, positioning Siemens as a trusted, long‑term partner to key customers.
  • Design and execute effective Go‑to‑Market strategies across multiple sales channels.

Your Profile
  • Senior sales leader with a proven sales background, including sales leadership/steering and strong discipline in formal sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management with a structured, data‑driven approach to sales execution, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance governance.
  • Hands‑on, customer‑facing leader with a background as a Key Account Manager and experience working with strategic and large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong coaching mindset, able to challenge, support, and coach leaders and teams closely and continuously to drive both performance and development.
  • Tactical and commercially strong sales leader with a deep understanding of end‑to‑end sales execution, able to use data, structure, and prioritization to drive effective Go‑to‑Market activities and results.
  • Experience operating in multi‑country and matrix organizations, with the ability to align diverse markets behind a shared direction.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across local, regional, and global interfaces.

What Sets You Apart
  • Ability to lead sales organizations through change by creating clarity, commitment, and execution discipline.
  • Role‑model leadership style that balances clear accountability with trust, collaboration, and development.
  • Deep understanding of Nordic market dynamics and complex B2B customer decision‑making processes.
  • Credibility in strengthening sales effectiveness and modernizing commercial practices.

We Offer
  • A key commercial leadership role shaping Siemens’ sales success across the Nordic region.
  • Opportunity to influence growth across multiple countries, customer segments, and go‑to‑market models.
  • A dynamic, international, and collaborative working environment.
  • Clear focus on leadership development, personal growth, and long‑term career opportunities.
  • The opportunity to contribute to smarter, more sustainable societies through strong customer impact.

Depending on experience and background, the role may be combined with additional leadership responsibility within Sales.
