Your role:
As Senior Proposal– Customer Service, you’ll be part of the Customer Service Area of Electrification and Automation business unit, contributing to prepare and manage technical and commercial offers for revamping, retrofitting, and service activities. Your day-to-day activities will ensure competitive, accurate, and timely proposals fully aligned with customer and company requirements.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Analyzing tender documentation, technical specifications, and customer requirements, with specific focus on revamping electrical protection systems and or retrofitting solutions.
- Preparing technical and commercial offers for modernization, upgrade, and service contracts.
- Developing cost estimation and guarantee cost-efficient, competitive solutions.
- Collaborating with Sales and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth handover and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Standardizing recurring solutions and support continuous improvement in proposal processes.
- Monitoring deadlines, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of all proposals.
- Interfacing with internal and HQ stakeholders for alignment on technical and commercial strategies.
What makes you a great match:
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in proposals for revamping of electrical protections/systems and retrofitting within service activities.
- Solid knowledge of protection relays, automation systems, electrical distribution, and related service solutions.
- Proven experience in developing technical and commercial proposals for the revamping of protection, automation, and control systems in power plants, industrial facilities, or high-voltage substations.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to “know where to put your hands”.
- Strong orientation to targets, cost optimization, and efficiency.
- Team player mindset with excellent collaboration across functions and international counterparts.
- Degree in Electrical/Energy/Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
Preferred Requirements
- Hands-on experience with protection relay replacement, retrofit solutions, panel modifications, system upgrades, and migration of legacy protection and automation systems.
- Knowledge of Siemens protection and automation products, particularly SIPROTEC, SICAM, IEC 61850, communication protocols, SCADA systems, is considered a strong advantage.

The pay range for this position is €52000–€78000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
