At Siemens Global Business Services we are expanding our services and currently looking for Contract Administrator with German and English language to join our international order management / logistics center in Warsaw or Ostrava in one of our divisions.

What will be your responsibilities?

* Supporting the processing of service contracts for the company in terms of billing, internal cost accounting, master data, document and value flows
* Review newly concluded service contracts and entering them into the SAP ERP system
* Processing customer orders via SAP and Case Management System
* Creating customer invoices
* Checking and approving vendor invoices
* Close cooperation with technicians and dispatch
* Contacts with customer via phone/email
* Handling customer complaints

What do you need to make real what matters?

* Commercial apprenticeship or several years of experience in the commercial processing of customer contracts
* Good understanding of processes and value flows
* Knowledge of contract law
* Professional communication skills
* Proactive support
* High level of initiative, reliability and teamwork
* Fluent German and English language skills
* Practical experience with SAP modules - will be a plus
