TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment process support.
  • Supports the development and implementation of hire standards to ensure effective administrative and operational staffing within the organization.
  • Management of new hires, terminations, inquiries, and reports in the TRESS system.
  • Cooperates with and advises P&O operations and/or P&O business partners or line management on related matters.
  • Digitization of processes.
  • Integration of files.
  • Supports the design and development of talent acquisition policies, guidelines, methods, and tools.
  • Management of social media, publication of job openings on various platforms.
  • Plans and executed projects to improve recruitment processes.
  • Implements standards for talent acquisition and ensures effective recruitment programs and the respective selection measures.
  • May conduct or support individual and/or group assessments and analysis of results.
  • Management and implementation of assessments, interviews, etc. as a selection tool.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor´s degree or students in their final semesters of business administration, psychology, or similar fields.
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent social media skills
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, databases, dashboards, forms (preferably)
  • Excellent service attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • Results-oriented
  • Availability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
  • Own transportation
