We're looking for an Account Manager for our Aerospace & Defence team, within Siemens Digital Industries to play a key role in driving growth, delivering sales, and building strong customer relationships. By joining us at Siemens, you’ll help lead the way to innovative technological solutions that help our customers succeed. This role is location independent with regular travel. 

You'll make an impact by:
  • Managing a sales budget aimed at maximising value while balancing account preservation with new customer acquisition across the Aerospace & Defence supply chain
  • Developing tailored account plans that align customer objectives with Siemens’ strategic goals
  • Identifying and unlocking new opportunities through targeted campaigns, proactive customer engagement, and pipeline management
  • Engaging in impactful sales conversations, crafting strategic value propositions, and managing pricing and deal closure strategies effectively
  • Collaborating with internal Siemens teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer challenges, driving results and enhancing relationships
  • Monitoring business performance through Siemens CRM tools, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and ongoing enhancement of your sales expertise
What makes you a strong candidate:
  • Expertise in the Aerospace & Defence sector, including knowledge of supply chains and key Defence projects
  • Familiarity with the Electrical, Controls, and Instrumentation (EC&I) market and its challenges
  • Experience in enterprise-level sales processes, ideally with a background in using Siemens’ CRM and business tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships within complex industries
  • A strategic mindset paired with a passion for creating measurable value for your clients
  • Confidence in leveraging insights, data, and tools to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations
  • A growth-focused attitude, eager to make a transformative impact within the aerospace sector
