You'll make an impact by

• Proactively drive the development and implementation of the global manufacturing strategy within the Process Automation Business Unit
• Perform global manufacturing footprint evaluations and implement an automated data driven evaluation approach including automated data processing and simulation
• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of manufacturing transfer projects between different regions, working closely with global cross-functional teams
• Consult business segments and business lines in regards of best-fit manufacturing strategy and global manufacturing footprint
• Support factories in executing manufacturing transfer projects by fostering collaboration, best-practice sharing and standardization among factories, R&D and related business functions

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: Master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. A PHD degree would be advantageous
• Experience and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and lean principles
  • Strong background in data analysis and interpretation, being able to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and derive strategic insights
  • Proven project management experience in manufacturing involving a global team and managing scope, timelines and budget
• Ways of Working:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and business units.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel globally as required
• Languages: German proficiency is an asset
