You'll make a difference by:

• Designing and delivering innovative software with AI integration.
• Driving AI4SDLC initiatives across multiple development segments.
• Leading experimentation and validating new AI/GenAI use cases.
• Sharing expertise to build internal AI capabilities across teams.
• Ensuring high-quality solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support internal knowledge building (learning paths, best practices in AI/GenAI).

Your success is grounded in:

• Solid software engineering background (Python – must. .NET C#, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools and frameworks, Agents and MCPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Beneficial: cloud (AWS), DevOps, AI frameworks.
