The Project Financial Specialist will play a key role in managing and overseeing the financial administrative responsibility for various projects. This position involves close collaboration with commercial project managers, customers and finance to ensure effective project executions and financial success
The Project Financial Specialist is a fully remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation and financial plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Create and manage milestone billing/invoicing on projects.
- Perform financial reconciliations to ensure customer has been billed correctly.
- Monitor and track project invoices, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures for projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate financial data collection and reporting.
- Support the preparation of financial and commercial documentation for cash collection
- Conduct financial risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Assist with project audits, providing necessary financial documentation and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all assigned projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of [2] years of experience in a corporate environment
- General understanding of projects and financials
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The pay range for this position is $60,340 - $103,440 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
