Then come and join our global team as Senior Commercial Manager* / CRM-Controller* (f/m/d).

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Within your zone responsibility you and the respective zone teams closely collaborate on commercial topics during the bid phase of complex value partnership projects including financial modelling and risk management, finding the best solution for Siemens Healthineers and the customer.
  • Ensuring a seamless LoA process in adherence with the Enterprise Services process handbook and offering necessary support to the respective countries will be a large part of your daily work.
  • On a monthly and as needed basis your work will involve financial controlling tasks and analysis, including but not limited to analysis and commenting of sales flash, actuals, financial forecasts, and the bi-annual budgeting process (MTA/MBR).
  • To ensure sales and commercial excellence within Enterprise Services you will participate in developing and refining commercial tools and guidelines. To ensure proper knowledge sharing you will be part of commercial trainings in a trainer or course lead capacity.
  • On an as needed basis you possibly will have the chance to contribute to developing and shaping the Enterprise Services Portfolio, especially around the topic of business plan calculation, evaluation and refinement.
  • Within your responsibilities you will drive digitalisation initiatives and support making the commercial processes in Enterprise Services more efficient and future ready.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are holding a university degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • You were able to gain many years of extensive professional experience as a Commercial Bid Manager and/or Project Manager in an international business environment – ideally with Siemens Healthineers.
  • You have a proven track record of success in the areas of planning, reporting, and sales controlling. Accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • You have sound business knowledge of the Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG) and other relevant corporate finance guidelines.
  • Digitalisation is part of your DNA, and you have a high interest in optimising and digitising financial processes. Data analysis tools like Qlik, PowerBI and Knime are no foreign language to you, but you have gained experience utilising them for past business cases.
  • As not all processes are yet future ready, excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, are essential to succeed in this role.
