IT Partner Professional 

Your responsibilities:
Serve as the single point of contact for all technical IT-related matters at Sem-Safe, with a clear focus on local network and server related topics
Support, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues (which helpdesk could not solve) for end-users —providing direct support  
      onsite and collaborating with central IT teams for complex incidents
Support the integration and rollout of Siemens standard technologies (Server infrastructure, network, applications) in close collaboration with Siemens  
       IT organizations and external partners
Manage and maintain the local IT infrastructure (e.g. VM Environment, Windows Servers, Linux Server, local network as well as the local active   
      directory)
Ensure implementation of Siemens Cybersecurity policies and practices for Sem-Safe (e.g. security patches, ACP process, compliance with IT  
      security/hardening requirements), acting as the local Information Security Contact
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day IT operations with internal and external vendors/partners—including request handling and issue escalation
Ensure smooth operation and timely troubleshooting of IT systems—acting directly where possible and escalating more complex issues as needed
Maintain up-to-date documentation and user guides for local technologies and processes
Monitor defined IT KPIs and escalate to the IT Head or Sem-Safe General Manager if required
Conduct brief user training sessions or workshops to ensure adoption and efficient use of Siemens IT tools
Provide feedback to improve end-user experience based on recurring issues and user interactions

Who we’re looking for:
A proactive and continuous learner.
Willingness and flexibility to work 2-3 days per week on site in Odense (during onboarding phase: 4 days/week onsite expected)
Strong working knowledge of Server operating systems (Windows, Linux) and hardware components to ensure smooth local IT Operations, Security     
       and Business Continuity
3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, helpdesk, or user engagement roles, ideally with enterprise environments
Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure (SD-WAN, SD-LAN, M365, Mobile Device Management, IT/OT in factories, etc.)
Proven experience troubleshooting desktop, mobile, and network issues directly with end-users
Basic understanding of Information Security principles and guidelines
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented, hands-on mentality
Ability to independently resolve technical issues and proactively support onsite users
Experience delivering practical user training and/or workshops
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in Danish and English
