  • Expertise in Talent Development: You have great expertise in people attraction, talent development, and providing learning opportunities for employees and managers. You think talent end-to-end and bring a strategic mindset to nurturing our workforce.
  • Motivated Team: You will be part of a passionate Global Talent Management team, working closely with colleagues across regions to drive both local and global initiatives. Together, we achieve great things.
  • Comprehensive Talent Initiatives: You are equipped with the knowledge and experience to manage a variety of talent initiatives and programs to ensure staffing needs, quality of placements, and successful development planning for talents. Your expertise will be key in driving our transformation projects and ensuring our talent strategy delivers real results.
  • Training and Enablement of Others: You train and enable global P&O colleagues on corporate programs and initiatives, equipping them to champion talent strategies in their business and region. You will be a multiplier of knowledge and impact.
  • Strategic Decision Making: You prepare decision-making for top management on talent management strategies and actively support the Global P&O aspirations. Your feedback will help shape leadership performance and drive organizational growth.
  • Career Development Support: You guide our talent for board and SMO scope through career conversations, helping them build skills and navigate their development paths. Your support will unlock potential and help individuals to achieve their career goals. Leadership development is a core area of strength.
  • Data-Driven Insights: You are an expert in gathering employee experience data to derive people strategies and management directions. Your insights will help us create a workplace where talent feels valued and engaged.
  • Strategic Direction: You actively drive data insights to underpin arguments and define strategic direction for our people strategy and talent projects. By tracking emerging trends, you will ensure our talent programs stay relevant and forward-looking.
  • Collaboration with Siemens Corporate: You work closely with Siemens Corporate to manage global service level agreements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, cost transparency, and continuous improvement. Your ideas will help us innovate and optimize.

Desired Skills:

  • University degree plus advanced degree or professional qualification is a bonus.
  • Significant experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, HR Consulting, Talent Acquisition or other related HR/P&O fields.
  • Advanced thinking on talent management, succession planning, career consulting, talent acquisition strategies, #Next and New Work, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated track record in supporting and advising executives in mature, global organizations (stakeholder management).
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough experience in coaching and consulting individuals to successfully drive their professional development.
  • Ability to translate corporate business strategy into specific development interventions
